We are a well-established and rapidly growing Commercial General Contracting firm based in Oklahoma City, OK. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction to join our team.

Job Summary

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of progressive experience in the construction field, specifically in commercial general contracting, and be able to lead projects effectively while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and forecasts.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor jobsite performance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
• Oversee project close-out process and ensure all punch-list items are completed.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, preferably with a General Contractor.
• Proven track record managing commercial building projects such as retail, office, healthcare, or industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
• Proficient with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred but not required.
