Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing full-service law firm of more than 400 attorneys and professionals, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its Charleston, SC office. This full-time position, under the direction of an attorney will assist with commercial real estate closings, review title and survey, revise and review lease amendments, non-disturbance agreements and other documents; organize and maintain files; and prepare closing documents. The ideal candidate will possess a four year degree (or the equivalent), with at least three years of extensive commercial real estate experience in a paralegal role. Paralegal certification preferred; Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, be professional, self-motivated and a team player with strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills.
