Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections to asses roofing conditions and determine project requirements.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimate for roofing projects, including materials, labor and other costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Present the proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with project managers and roofing crews to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated with the Florida Building Code changes.
- Proven experience in roofing estimating and sales for commercial roofing.
- Strong understanding of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills for accurate estimating.
- Proficient using Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
