Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily field operations for excavation, trenching, grading, and underground utility installations.
- Supervise and direct crew members, assigning tasks and ensuring efficiency on-site.
- Ensure complicated digs and site preparation are executed properly.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and compliance with job site protocols.
- Operate and direct the use of heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and trenchers.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and make real-time decisions to maintain workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, equipment usage, and any issues encountered.
