Qualifications
- Experience in litigation and/or construction law required.
- Familiarity with court procedures and active case participation.
- Skilled in taking and defending depositions.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- JD from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar license.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Open to training attorneys with the right transferable skills.
- Salary: $120,000 to $200,000 (flexible and commensurate with experience).
- Billable Requirement: 1,800 hours annually.
