It is engaged in medical malpractice defense, representing medical providers in a multitude of healthcare specialties, as well as general liability defense, representing premises owners and managers, security companies, rideshare companies and drivers, common carriers, and product manufacturers. We are currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The position is a full time salaried non-exempt position.

We are currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The position is a full time salaried non-exempt position.
Responsibilities Include
- Assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation cases from onset through trial.
- Manages all aspects of the discovery process, prepares for depositions, prepares and responds to written discovery and prepares for expert discovery
- Drafts interrogatories, requests for documents, non-party requests
- Analyzes legal documents and prepares summary as appropriate to attorneys
- Organizes case file, maintains paper and electronic documents
- Calendars due dates and monitors deadlines
- Tracks and enters billable time on a daily basis
- Provides other lawyer support as needed
- Assists and manages trial preparations, creates trial notebooks, organizes exhibits
- Attends and assists at trial as appropriate
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with demonstrated knowledge of litigation
- Bachelor's Degree and Certificate in Paralegal Studies preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys in litigation practice
- Trial experience, including exhibit preparation and witness management
- Exhibit preparation, witness preparation and management
- Experience with trial presentation software, vendors and experience assisting attorneys in the courtroom
- Detail oriented with an ability to multitask
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proficient with Clio or similar software
