Director of Physical Therapy/Full-time in Macon and Warner Robins GA

We are seeking an experienced Director of Physical Therapy to oversee the daily operations of our rehabilitation department. In this leadership role, you will manage the Physical Therapy staff, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide expert care to patients. Key responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, educating patients and families, supervising a Physical Therapist Assistant, performing brace fittings, collaborating with neurosurgeons, and traveling between two office locations (Macon and Warner Robins) to ensure proper coverage.

Qualifications

• A licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
• Proven experience in treating patients with brain and spine conditions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate patients and families.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role (for Director position) is preferred.
