Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements while maintaining client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably as a Sales Director or similar.
- Strong background in outside sales and business development with a history of exceeding targets.
- Mandatory 2 years of experience in parylene and/or conformal coating.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
