We're seeking a talented, hands-on individual with a "MacGyver" streak. While a traditional engineering background is not a must, what truly matters to us is your passion for building and your ability to think on your feet. If you're comfortable reading blueprints and have basic AutoCAD skills (preferred but not required), plus a curious mind always eager to learn, we want to hear from you.
You'll be working closely with our Senior Manufacturing Engineer, who brings over 20 years of experience at Company. He's excited to share his knowledge with someone eager to learn and grow.
A bit about us: Company has been a cornerstone in Cary, IL, for 45 years. We operate out of a 40,000 sq. ft. facility with a team of 50 dedicated professionals. Our specialty is in complex electro-mechanical assembly and the production of medical kits/devices. It's a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

What You'll Do
- Assist in building and assembling complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with our Senior Manufacturing Engineer to tackle daily challenges.
- Learn the ins and outs of our manufacturing processes.
- Help with blueprint reading and basic engineering tasks.
- Apply your creativity and problem-solving skills to enhance our operations.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in designing, testing, and documenting processes.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and other departments.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and technical specifications.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration and report preparation.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes in project scope or priorities.
- Technical Knowledge: A general understanding of engineering and production concepts, with basic industrial engineering knowledge as a plus.
