We are looking for a skilled Estimator to join our team! We specialize in dirt work, concrete, structural steel erection, pre-engineered metal buildings, and metal framing, and we need a detail-oriented professional to help us bid and win projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Work with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Develop detailed take-offs and proposals
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful execution
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in construction estimating (preferably in civil, structural, or metal building work)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
