What are the responsibilities and job description for the GNSS/GPS Test and Log Analysis Engineer position at W3Global?
Job Description
- Experience of testing GNSS on consumer electronics products
- Experience of GNSS data collection and GNSS log analysis
- Identifying critical routes for field testing to understand end-user behavior, assessing and improving performance and stability
- Good understanding of GNSS fundamentals such as Trilateration, DOP, Range error, Ephemeris, TTFF (Cold, Warm and Hot start), CEP, SBAS
- Knowledge of QXDM logs and ADB commands
- Have experience on stress tests, sanity tests, and automation tests execution
- Able and willing to drive to various test locations for walk, bike & drive tests.
- Have experience working with hardware equipment (moving around, setting up, calibrating, etc)
- Nice to have test automation and python scripting skill
- Nice to have Java language skill
