- Perform hardscape tasks
- Perform Job tracking documents
- Training Crew Members to do your job
- Maintaining Equipment
- Maintain being tobacco free for the entire workday
- Ability to proficiently operate mini excavator and loader
- Ability to read and understand landscape architectural plans
- Ability to safely drive truck and trailer
- Ability to teach
- Some mechanical knowledge
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn
- Willingness to follow safety standards
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to take direction
- Valid CDL License
- CMHA Wall & Paver Certifications
- Core and Vegetation Management License
