This is a full-time on-site position for an Immigration Attorney in Brooklyn, NY. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of immigration issues, including employment-based and family-based immigrant visas, removal proceedings and federal appeals. The Immigration Attorney will handle client caseloads and represent clients in court and before government agencies. The Immigration Attorney will also be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents.
Qualifications
Experience with immigration issues and visas
Strong understanding of immigration law and legal issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads and represent clients in court
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Licensed to practice law in New York State
