Pay: From $100,000/year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review cases (petitions, applications, responses, briefs).
- Advise clients and provide tailored legal solutions.
- Manage case loads efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct client consultations and correspondence.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervising attorney.
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Admission to a U.S. state bar.
- Minimum 2 years of immigration law experience (e.g., AOS, K-1, Consular Processing, VAWA).
- Experience with employment-based cases (PERM, I-140, H, L visas) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (Spanish proficiency preferred but not required).
