Key Responsibilities
- Investor Outreach & Conversion: Identify, engage, and onboard new investors by leveraging leads from digital marketing and other channels.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with current and prospective investors through personalized communication and timely updates.
- Investor Communication: Provide regular project updates, market insights, and investment opportunities to ensure transparency and trust.
- Network Expansion: Develop strategies to attract high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and institutional investors to broaden the investor base.
- Collaboration: Partner with the digital marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies and align outreach with campaigns.
- Fundraising Support: Drive fundraising campaigns for new and existing projects, ensuring targets are met within timelines.
- Experience: 6 years in investor relations, fundraising, or business development, ideally within real estate private equity or development.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to present investment opportunities clearly and persuasively.
- Proven Track Record: Success in expanding investor networks and converting leads into active investors.
- Networking Abilities: Strong existing network and the capacity to cultivate relationships with HNWIs and institutional stakeholders.
