The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels in a lead-counsel role and is focused on using deep knowledge and cutting-edge techniques to get to the heart of solving the client's real problem.

Requirements:-
- Graduated law school between 2021 - 2019
- Juris Doctorate Degree
- Admission to the Delaware State Bar
- Robust writing, drafting and editing skills
- Strong litigation experience in Delaware state courts, particularly in the Court of Chancery
- Federal, Chancery, or Delaware Supreme Court clerkship is beneficial
- Experience in Delaware federal courts not required, but is a plus
