We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone with connections to Southwest Florida and has 2-5 years of litigation experience.

Requirements
- 2-5 years litigation experience
- Probate and/or trust litigation experience preferred or a strong interest in it
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
- High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
- Active Florida bar license
- Analyze and Investigate litigation matters
- Develop legal arguments, including conducting caselaw research
- Participate in all phases of litigation, including arguing motions, depositions, and participating at trial
- Draft and review motions, briefs, and discovery documents
- Report to partners and clients on case status
