- Monitor residents' conditions and communicate with physicians and families.
- Support residents with memory impairments and dementia care needs.
- Collaborate with CNAs, caregivers, and the nursing team to maintain a positive and safe environment.
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Massachusetts or in the process of obtaining a MA license.
- Experience in long-term care or memory care is preferred but not required.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
