About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Municipal Design Engineer / Project Manager to join our team in Beaver Dam, WI, or West Bend, WI. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and team leader with strong project management skills and experience in municipal project design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and permitting of municipal public works and utility projects
- Assist with construction contract/project management and administration
- Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design-related programs
- Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements and permitting processes
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Wisconsin or ability to obtain licensure within two years
- Minimum 3 years of experience in municipal project design
- Experience with project permitting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design-related software
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
