Job Description
Performing day-to-day operations tasks
Serve as initial point of contact for customers who are shipping cargo
Assisting customer inquiries, provide quotations, and issue bookings
Process paperwork for specific mode of transportation shipments
Arrange trucking pickup and delivery
Coordinating shipments
Monitor requests and issues
Maintain excellent communication between Customers and Venders to ensure needs are met
Monitor the invoicing
Assists in solving inter-company and vendor accounting
Resolve issues for customers independently
Demonstrate a detailed understanding of processes, procedures and technology for international transportation
Other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned or required
Highly Preferred Skills
Prior Freight Forwarding Experience required
Knowledge in ACE filing
Previous experience using CargoWise required - must have 1 year of knowledge
Must speak Chinese
