Responsibilities
Assist Founder/ CEO in preparing legal documents and correspondence.
Schedule Attorney's meetings, set up consultations
Complete Intake for PI cases
Conduct thorough document review and proofreading to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Perform data entry tasks related to case management and client information.
Research relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents to support ongoing cases.
Draft Contracts And Other Legal Documents As Required.
Maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval of information.
Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
Support the team in various administrative tasks related to case management.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of immigration law, personal injury law, and civil litigation
Proven experience in legal administrative roles is highly desirable.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
Ability to conduct thorough document reviews while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Strong proofreading skills to identify errors in legal documents.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
