Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress.
- Collaborate with legal assistants and support staff to ensure case efficiency.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in the state of Washington.
- 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and meet deadlines.
