Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling complex personal injury litigation cases from start to finish.
- Manage a large caseload effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prepare and file legal documents using CM/ECF for both federal and state courts.
- Work closely with attorneys and other team members to ensure smooth case progression.
- Perform legal research and draft correspondence, motions, and discovery responses.
- Provide clients with regular updates and maintain a strong client relationship.
- Assist with case management and ensure all deadlines are met.
- 4 years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation (Plaintiff Side).
- Proficient in CM/ECF filing (federal and state courts).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent typing and general computer skills.
- Experience with large litigation cases.
- Familiarity with case management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
