Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering.
- 8 to 12 years of experience developing products in senior-level electronic engineering roles.
- Proven experience in independent design and developing digital, analog, and microcontroller-based systems.
- Proficiency with simulation/modeling tools (e.g., LTSPICE, MATLAB).
- Expertise with CAD tools for schematic creation and PCB design; board layout experience is a plus.
- Competence in coding and debugging experience with bare-metal microcontroller firmware, embedded Linux, and Python tooling.
- Hands-on approach supporting designs throughout the product lifecycle, including troubleshooting and resolving field issues.
- Experience supporting products in a manufacturing environment.
- Drive the development of new electro-optical products and support existing products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with faulty products, recommend enhancements and implement necessary design changes.
- Develop test procedures, protocols, and corrective action plans.
- Design, prototype, and produce electronic systems, including circuit design, PCB layout, firmware development, and system validation.
- Support manufacturing operations, ensuring seamless transitions from development to production.
- Take ownership of the system from the architecture development down to day-to-day production support.
