Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractors, employees, timelines, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor and track progress through our Builders Trend System.
- Coordinate and supervise construction for quality and code compliance.
- Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control assessments.
- Report on project progress, issues, and budgets to upper management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Builders Trend, Spreadsheets, etc.).
