Quality Inspector Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough and accurate job site inspections while documenting findings with photos.
- Complete inspection forms and promptly communicate time-sensitive issues to the scheduling office.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Installation Practices (SIP) and plumbing codes.
- Respond to emergency projects to address issues with customers or builders as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be 21 years or older (due to insurance requirements).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 5 years).
- For out-of-state licenses, a Motor Vehicle Driving Record will be required.
- At least 2 years of experience in multi-phase home construction and scheduling (preferred).
- Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Non-Solicitation Agreement upon hire.
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions and perform manual labor.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently after training.
- Management and leadership experience.
- Availability to work full-time starting at 7:30 AM until the end of the workday (hours may vary).
- Work schedule is Monday through Friday, with optional weekend availability.
