The Registration Manager plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating the registration and approval of agricultural products. Responsibilities
- Draft, file, submit, and manage product registrations with the U.S. EPA and regulatory agencies in other countries.
- Maintain strong relationships and respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor the progress of registrations and maintain accurate records.
- Work with internal teams to generate and review required information for product registration and compliance.
- Track competitive registration activities and provide reports to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws, regulations, and guidelines throughout the product lifecycle.
- Communicate potential changes in registration requirements to relevant teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of federal and state regulatory experience is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of scientific and technical principles related to pesticide development and safety.
