A leading environmental solutions company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee and expand its accreditation, licensing, and compliance programs. This role is essential in maintaining ISO 17025 accreditation for both the main lab and mobile laboratories while helping obtain new accreditations as needed. The manager will also track state and local licensing requirements and ensure employee compliance. This position is key to supporting growth into new markets while maintaining compliance.

- Manage Compliance Programs - Oversee ISO 17025 accreditation, AIHA accreditations, OSHA and EPA regulations, and state-specific licensing.
- Audits & Performance Evaluation - Conduct internal/external audits, identify compliance gaps, and implement solutions.
- Regulatory Liaison - Act as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies and compliance matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in regulatory or compliance roles.
- CIH or CSP certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, environmental laws, and licensing requirements.
- Experience in environmental testing, construction, insurance, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
