Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
10 years of experience in high-end residential or hospitality interior architecture, preferably within a luxury design firm.
Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong knowledge of custom millwork, furniture design, lighting, and architectural detailing.
Experience managing projects from concept through completion, including contractor coordination and site supervision.
Exceptional design sensibility with a deep understanding of luxury materials, finishes, and craftsmanship.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining design excellence and meeting deadlines.
Knowledge of international design influences and historical architectural styles is a plus.
