- Lead the architectural design and execution of high-end residential and hospitality projects, ensuring a seamless fusion of architecture and interior design.
- Develop innovative concepts, space plans, and custom architectural details that align with the firm's signature style and client vision.
- Oversee the creation of detailed construction drawings, elevations, millwork designs, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Source and specify luxury materials, finishes, and architectural elements that enhance the design aesthetic and project quality.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, artisans, and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of design intent.
- Conduct on-site visits to oversee project progress, troubleshoot design challenges, and maintain high-quality execution.
- Lead client presentations, articulating design concepts and solutions with confidence and professionalism.
- Mentor and guide junior interior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring team environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging materials, and architectural innovations to keep the firm at the forefront of luxury design.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in high-end residential or hospitality interior architecture, preferably within a luxury design firm.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of custom millwork, furniture design, lighting, and architectural detailing.
- Experience managing projects from concept through completion, including contractor coordination and site supervision.
- Exceptional design sensibility with a deep understanding of luxury materials, finishes, and craftsmanship.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining design excellence and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of international design influences and historical architectural styles is a plus.
