- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Switchgear
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience using Bluebeam or equivalent
