Implementation & Architecture:
- Lead the design and review of the ServiceNow DPR architecture to align with business requirements and best practices.
- Configure and implement DPR, products, reporting, and governance policies while maintaining out-of-the-box functionality whenever possible.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure optimal DPR implementation.
- Provide expert consultation on business processes to enhance ServiceNow DPR adoption.
- Strategic Planning & Roadmaps:
- Develop process roadmaps for DPR implementation and process maturity evolution.
- Assist in initial rollout planning and future scalability strategies.
- Guide and assign development tasks to the 5/3 development team while offering mentorship.
- Conduct training sessions to upskill ServiceNow administrators and release teams.
- Provide best practices for product creation within the CSDM v4/v5 framework.
- Assist in developing policies and templates for standardization.
- Identify and prioritize integration opportunities based on industry standards.
- Offer insights on DPR and Change Management collaboration and required adjustments.

- 3 years of Scrum experience and Agile methodology expertise.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow Digital Product Release (DPR) implementation.

- Business process consulting and strategic roadmap development experience.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development (custom applications, integrations).
- ITIL Certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
