Our client is seeking an experienced Diesel Truck Mechanic to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional looking to work in a fully stocked truck shop, providing maintenance and repair services to a fleet of diesel trucks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine diagnostics, repair, and preventative maintenance.

- Perform maintenance and repairs on various makes of diesel trucks with efficiency and precision.
- Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspensions, brakes, and air conditioning systems.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and diagnostics to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide labor and time estimates for necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections to ensure DOT compliance.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and attend training sessions as needed.
- 3 years of hands-on experience working with diesel trucks.
- ASE certifications in relevant fields (preferred).
- Current DOT certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's license (CDL and DOT physical card are a plus).
- Working knowledge of shop equipment, including wheel and tire tools, alignment systems, and diagnostic equipment.
