- Have the knowledge and experience to effectively perform all positions within the crew and have the skills necessary to teach others these skills.
- Interpret and implement project plans and specifications, ensuring accurate and precise execution of installations.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Proven experience in leading crews and managing construction projects, preferably in underground utility installation.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Proficiency in operating a variety of construction equipment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the tri-state area as needed.
