Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the SWDC warehouse, ensuring efficient handling of inventory and materials.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to promote a high-performance team environment.
- Implement and maintain accurate inventory control systems to ensure accountability and minimize discrepancies.
- Process all subsistence and non-subsistence requirements in the system of record, ensuring prompt sourcing for CLF ships.
- Perform unit-of-issue and case-pack conversions within the system to fulfill customer orders.
- Coordinate with SPV and DLA-Troop Support to address discrepancies and ensure timely processing of Delivery Tickets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations in the warehouse.
- Manage warehouse space optimization and streamline workflow for enhanced productivity.
- Identify and resolve customer requirement discrepancies for material issued from the warehouse and affiliated sites.
- Support the CLF Load Management Business Continuity Plan (BCP) during interrupted connectivity scenarios.
- Conduct post-deployment customer surveys and provide analysis and reporting to improve support services.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Active DOD Secret security clearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant bachelor's degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience providing logistics support services, focused on military or government operations.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a military or government setting.
- Proficiency in relevant warehouse management software and understanding of supply chain principles and processes.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
