Able to complete welding techniques required on different projects in a timely manner. Able to organize shop and keep clean on a daily basis. Fork lift experience required but can be taught to a willing individual. Must be able to do heavy lifting when necessary. Following directions and demonstrating the welding process is a must.
Qualifications -
Understanding of various welding processes and techniques and show a willingness to learn more. Excellent verbal and written communication skills who can follow directions and complete tasks assigned by the shop manager in a timely manner. Customer satisfaction is key.
