Location: 100% Remote
Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented compensation professional to support the total rewards team. This position will provide critical support throughout various total rewards projects, significantly influencing our ability to successfully implement deliverables within our required timelines.
* Responsible for analyzing, designing, and administering a company's compensation and benefits programs by researching market trends, evaluating job structures, and providing data-driven recommendations to ensure employee compensation packages are competitive and aligned with organizational goals, often including tasks like salary surveys, job evaluations, and incentive plan development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support job architecture framework implementation from current to future state.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between new job architecture framework, compensation strategies, and talent management initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to provide process efficiencies such as identifying role consolidation.
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on job architecture-related matters.
- Support various total rewards project activities within compensation, HRIS, and benefits teams, as needed
- Support the meticulous transfer and organization of content from various sources into a unified system.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of content during the migration process.
- Develop and implement strategies for mapping content from old systems to new platforms.
- Work closely with content creators, editors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain detailed records of content migration processes and any issues encountered.
