Job Description

LOCATION : HYBRID – Chicago, IL

CONTRACT : 6-months contract

High potential to extend

PAY RATE : $30.00 an Hour on W2 with optional Limited Benefits (not employer-sponsored)

Limited Benefits (optional) - Not employer-sponsored : (Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K and 529 Plan).

HYBRID : 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.

Description :

This position is responsible for providing business analysis and guidance to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies and to ensure consistency and efficiency. The resource may support and lead teams responsible for implementation of initiatives with high complexity that affects multiple functional areas within the division. Supports the prioritization of divisional activities and tracks progress to goals.

Job Description

Special activities may include, but not limited to :

This position is responsible for functions on projects of moderate to high complexity by working with business partners within multiple business functions to review requirements, research, gather supporting evidence, document outcomes.

Serve as a liaison across multiple facets of the business community in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs; leveraging an informed knowledge of business areas to identify and / or resolve problems on an ongoing basis.

Experience collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver consistent, accurate, and insightful solutions

Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to provide timely outcomes

Independently solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions

Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

Experience interacting successfully with management and staff across multiple departments to drive results and resolve issues, including the ability to assess and course-correct as necessary

Work multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines

Project management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) for written communication and analysis.

Knowledge of Health Care regulations, CMS guidelines a plus

Ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple workstreams.

Analytical Thinking : Approaches a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach; makes a systematic comparison of two or more alternatives; notices discrepancies and inconsistencies in available information; identifies a set of features, parameters or considerations to take into account, in analyzing a situation or making a decision; approaches a complex task or problem by breaking it down into its component parts and considering each part in detail; weighs the costs, benefits, risks and chances for success, in making a decision identifies many possible causes for a problem; carefully weighs the priority of things to be done.

Interact one-on-one and in group settings with departmental / inter-departmental team members to identify issues, gather data, brainstorm, prioritize, discuss analytic approach, and share findings.

Supports divisional leadership meetings and projects on an ad hoc basis.
