About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Key Management Delivery Specialist to join our global Key Management Delivery (KMD) team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the secure exchange of cryptographic keys with customers around the world, supporting the day-to-day operations of critical security services and infrastructure.
You'll play a key part in ensuring secure payment processing, protecting sensitive data, and providing exceptional support to both internal teams and external clients.
What You’ll Do
- 🧩 Manage Projects: Oversee the exchange of cryptographic keys and related materials to support the setup and continuity of security services.
- 🔐 Operate Secure Systems: Work with key management and security tools in compliance with operational and security protocols.
- 💬 Support Customers: Provide technical and procedural support to both internal teams and external clients via email and phone.
- 🚀 Enhance Services: Help implement new security offerings and improve existing service efficiency.
What You’ll Work On
- Secure processing of transactions using features like PIN, CVC, EMV chip, and contactless payment (e.g., PayPass).
- Management of Certification Authorities for issuing and managing PKI certificates supporting chip capabilities, infrastructure, and authentication services.
What We’re Looking For
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 💳 Knowledge of payment authorization systems (a plus)
- 🔐 Basic understanding of IT security and cryptography
- 🤝 Strong customer service and communication skills
- 🌍 Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
- 📋 Well-organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
- 💡 A problem-solver who can think outside the box
- 🤹 Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
