**This is Risk and Security PM opportunity. Tool consolidation and implementation experience is required.
The Program Manager is responsible for the comprehensive planning and implementation of projects. This includes budgeting, hiring team members, sourcing suppliers, and planning the project release.
Responsibilities:
- Program and Portfolio Management: Overseeing multiple projects to ensure they align with strategic business objectives.
- Goal Setting and Project Planning: Working with stakeholders to set SMART goals, estimate budgets, set project scopes, and create detailed project plans.
- Team Leadership: Providing feedback, advice, and updates to team members, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Vendor Coordination: Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Mentoring and Coaching: Supporting and guiding project managers and other team members.
Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in project management, business management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 7 years of project management experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
Skills:

- Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
