Job Description:
This position involves analyzing, researching, and applying business rules to manage provider requests related to claims, membership, and directories. Key duties include supporting contracting, credentialing, and maintaining provider data for marketing and network contracting. The role also supports project implementations, tracks project phases, and assists with team training on network contracting and credentialing rules, while identifying process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED and 1 year of experience with provider network contracting/credentialing OR 5 years in healthcare.
Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop training materials and advise staff.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Subject Matter Expert in Provider Credentialing.
2 years of experience with government health insurance networks.
Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and network analytics.
