JOB DESCRIPTION.
- Experienced Senior Business Analyst to support our work in the digital payments space.
- Responsible for leading the analysis and evaluation of business processes, and documentation of business and technical requirements.
- This role requires technical acumen, industry knowledge of banking and payment systems, as well as the ability to bridge the gap between our business and technical partners.
- Additionally, there will be customer facing documentation needs which will require proficiency in English grammar and spelling.
-REQUIRED EXPERIENCE.
- 5 yrs Business Analyst experience, bachelor s degree, experience with APIs. Experience in Payments.
-REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Knowledge of and experience in Agile, SDLC, Jira.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and manage their expectations.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Data visualization.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Eliciting, analyzing and documenting all business requirements and workflows.
- Types of documentation required could vary, from BRDs to data models to user stories.
- Driving and leading discussions in order to elicit necessary requirements.
- Writing extremely detailed epics, features, and user stories in Jira.
- Creating customer facing documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between Business and Technology as needed.
- Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, schedules and updates as related to the book of work.
- Meet regularly with stakeholders, developer team and key partners to ensure all parties are in alignment.
