w3r is actively seeking an aggressive, results-oriented, and proactive Strategic Account Manager to add to our growing management and consulting services teams. This position will focus on helping to build and expand collaborative relationships with current clients and identifying high value project opportunities that use technology-based solutions to deliver business driven value. This role also maintains relationships and manages a team of consultants to successfully deliver various projects and assignments. This will support staffing needs in an existing account..
We’re seeking an individual that’s motivated with previous account management experience to generate revenue through the expansion of existing client relationships at the manager and director level. The role also requires a collaborative individual working with internal teams to meet delivery requests from the client. She/he must be self-motivated, goal oriented, tenacious, and a problem solver and team player with a high standard of integrity.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Builds and expand relationships within identified accounts
- Aggressively discover and sell new data and digital related solutions opportunities within select accounts
- Daily client management and relationship development/expansion across account(s)
- Support both project opportunities and single resource type of requirements via statement of work
- Work with Account Lead or subject matter expert to purse new data solutioning opportunities
- Create supporting PowerPoint sales material to articulate value of service, delivery approach, assumptions and costs
- Works with recruiting to procure the proper talent for projects or single resource needs. This includes – defining the requirement, reviewing candidate profiles, screening for fit with the client.
- Develop consultant relationships, facilitate questions/needs, ensure client needs are met, and gather client intel as available
- Capture consultant project efforts and success stories for internal use, case studies, or in support of other selling material
- Communicate client status meetings and with w3r management
- Understand and communicate w3r capabilities and service offerings, Including potentially the development of new proposals and pitch material
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Proven account experience in consulting and data management services
- Excellent relationship builder and executor to meet client needs
- Proven sales track record in consulting and/or staffing services
- Proficiency and experience working with IT oriented projects and consultants
- Experience achieving 1-2M annual revenue and managing a book of business totally 6-8M.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
