- Collaborate with the Program Director, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring consistent quality, timeliness, and goal alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement through program assessment protocols and performance evaluation.
- Develop clear program roadmaps that align team roles, milestones, and delivery targets.
- Identify and manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies across teams and vendors.
- Ensure organizational standards are met in satisfaction, quality, and performance.
- Manage program budgets and ensure delivery against business objectives.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
✅ Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in upper-management roles, with a focus on program management.
- Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.

- Working knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and best practices.
