Job Purpose:
This job is responsible for providing primarily project support specifically for Workday Reporting, with a focus on the Recruiting and Talent modules but could also assist with daily production support as needed. Project support will include developing reports, dashboards and calculated fields for multiple security groups. Production support could include troubleshooting user issues; monitoring of cases and IT tickets to support with production related issues for Reporting
Required Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Workday Reporting Administrator; with an emphasis on Recruiting and Talent data
- Ability to Troubleshoot Issues independently
- Ability to build Workday reports independently
- Thorough documentation
- Rapid development of proof of concepts
- Ability to multitask on competing priorities
- Clear and articulate communications
- Workday Reporting
- Ability to create Advanced, Composite & matrixed reports
- Significant experience configuring Workday Security
- Experience configuring and supporting Workday delivered connectors & integration
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Workday Pro Reporting Certified
- Advanced knowledge in Workday Recruiting and Talent
- Experience supporting IT ticketing systems
