About This Opportunity

We are seeking qualified and enthusiastic Dietitians for senior roles across the WA Country Health Service. As a Senior Dietitian, you will plan, coordinate, and provide a Dietetics service to a designated caseload of inpatient, outpatient and/or community clients. You will also undertake supervisory and administrative duties as part of the WACHS service provision. .

Further Information About This Position

This is an open-ended Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time/Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time/Part Time, and Casual appointments. This includes the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. The following must be noted:

  • The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications and will assess on a regular basis.
  • Interviews may not be conducted as part of the process, but applicants may be contacted if additional information is required.
  • Referees will be contacted as part of the assessment process.
  • If you are successful to the pool, you will be considered for all suitable vacancies across hospitals and health services in the 7 WACHS regions for the duration of the pool without having to re-apply for each individual position. You will be able to indicate your regional preferences and availability for positions.
  • Appointments may be made from this pool until 08/05/2026.

Eligibility

Successful Applicants Will Be Required To

  • Provide evidence of their Australian citizenship or permanent residency to be considered for a permanent position in the WA public sector.
  • Undertake criminal records screening and integrity checks; this may also include referees commenting on your integrity and past demonstration of ethical behaviour.
  • Completion of a satisfactory Pre-Employment Health Assessment (PEHA) and Working With Children’s Check (WA WWC Check). For further information please refer to the WWC website at: https://workingwithchildren.wa.gov.au
