Job Responsibilities/Duties
Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS) is seeking an Invoicing Administrator. The qualified candidate will be responsible for supporting the timely and accurate submittal of invoices to DOE on a biweekly and monthly basis, in accordance with company policies and contract terms and conditions. In addition, this position will support accounts receivable reconciliations, reviewing and analyzing data, and then accumulate, assemble, and provide supporting documentation with the invoices to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
The successful candidate must ensure invoice records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
Perform the following essential job duties:
- Perform reviews of the invoicing data
- Support monthly account reconciliations.
- Perform data queries from the accounting systems.
- Perform data queries and information gathering to support accounting related audits.
- Ensure compliance with reporting deadlines.
- Support accounts receivable efforts and provide support to the cash management department.
- Support the accurate and timely daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Interface with various business functions and outside vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and obtain the necessary supporting documentation;
- Support the monitoring of outstanding invoice payments and ensure prompt collection;
- Support internal and external audits;
- Comply with H2C and departmental policies and procedures;
- Ensure ISMS Principles are incorporated into organization's activities; and
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Please Note: This position is being advertised under the current Tank Operations Contractor, Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS). However, now that transition activities have begun a candidate selected for employment may be hired under the incoming contractor, Hanford Tank Waste Operations & Closure (H2C) contract. Further details will be provided during the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
Grade 05:
- High School diploma or equivalent; and
- Five (5) years of experience in accounting, finance or a related field
Grade 06:
- High School diploma or equivalent; and
- Eight (8) years of experience in accounting, finance or a related field
Grade 07:
- High School diploma or equivalent; and
- Ten (10) years of experience in accounting, finance or a related field
Desired Qualifications
* Experience in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point.
Compensation & Benefits
In accordance with the company's philosophy on compensation for exempt and salaried non-exempt employees, WRPS takes into consideration a variety of factors when determining initial salary to include assigned job scope and responsibility, a candidate's qualifications as compared to internal comparators performing in a similar role, and the external labor market. A salary offer will be made within the targeted hiring range posted. Note a candidate's prior salary history will not be taken into consideration.
Hiring Range Minimum: $48,600
Hiring Range Maximum: $74,175
