About the Role

  • Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure seamless day-to-day administrative oversight.
  • Assist with grant goals and objectives, tracking, and reporting.
  • Liaise with healthcare providers to identify potential office inefficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate medical and staff records.
  • Coordinate patient schedules and review patient information.
  • Ensure timely communication with Tribal health and business offices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in medical office management.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare software and computer systems.
