About the Role
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our Advancement team at Wabash College.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Dean for College Advancement, including maintaining calendars, preparing correspondence, and managing large mailings.
- Assist with planning and executing major College events, such as homecoming, commencement, volunteer, and reunion weekends.
- Supervise student employees, train new employees on office policies and procedures, and perform other supervisory tasks.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to multitask.
