Administrative Support Specialist
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the College's Advancement team, including the Dean for College Advancement, the Senior Associate Dean for College Advancement, and the Director of Planned Giving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain calendars, prepare correspondence, and manage large mailings for each department.
- Assist with planning and executing major College events, such as homecoming, commencement, volunteer, and reunion weekends.
- Supervise student employees, train new employees on office policies and procedures, and perform other supervisory tasks.
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to multitask.
