What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Nursing position at Wabash Senior Living and Rehab?
Are you an RN with Director of Nursing experience? Or are you an RN who has long term care experience and would like to move into a Director of Nursing Position?
Wabash Senior Living and Rehab is a beautiful skilled nursing facility that is looking for the person that will fit into this leadership role. We offer long term care, short term rehab to home services and respite care. Our team of staff work very closely together to support the needs of residents and peers.
The successful candidate is responsible for the overall operations of the nursing department including clinical direction and oversight; mandated reporting; staffing and scheduling; ordering supplies, etc. Must have capability of working with staff to promote a positive working environment for all. Successful candidate will receive training and ongoing support from the Vice President of Clinical Operations. She will be an excellent mentor and resource for the individual stepping into this position.
Wage is negotiable based on experience. We also offer health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401K, paid vacation time, etc.
Currently, this position as a $10,000 sign on bonus that is paid out monthly over 2 years.
